Bavarians Club Ghana Declares A Day Fasting, Prayers for FC Bayern Munich

The Leadership of Bavarians Club Ghana, the only recognized Bayern Munich fan club in West Africa, has called on its admired members in the country, as well as those in the diaspora to dedicate a day between Monday, April 23, and Wednesday April 25, to fast and pray for their Idol Club, FC Bayern Munich as they lock horns with their semi-final counterparts from Spain, Real Madrid.
The call comes in the wake of the club's inability to reach the grand finale after several years.
Co-founders of the Club, namely; Nana Frimpong Ziega, Kessben Media, Mr. Tuffour McCarthy, Tema Habour, and Dada Oti Boateng, Lab technician, Kumasi City Hospital are highly optimistic but believe this battle can only be won through fasting and prayers, hence their will and decision to embark on the above stipulated spiritual exercise.

Speaking exclusively to DblexNews.Com, Nana Frimpong Ziega stated;
"we believe the club's inability to reach the grand finale after 2013 should never be considered a usual happening.
We've reached the semi-final stage in five seasons but failed to get to the final berth.
We always get eliminated painfully by Spanish teams and that short jinx must be ended abruptly on Wednesday.
We've severally been robbed by injuries and bad officiating in our semi final games for the past four seasons and we think it needs to be dealt with both physically and spiritually.
We are a bunch of determined religious persons, the Muslims among us are ready to pray for the team any day and we the Christians are also contributing our quota by fasting and praying for the team ahead of the impending clash."
Bayern Munich clashes with European Champions Real Madrid on Wednesday, with Jupp Heynckes' side welcoming Cristiano Ronaldo and Co. to the Allianz Arena for the first leg of their UEFA Champions League semi-final tie.
